Choose the scope of the share
Share one note, a folder, or a tag. Decide what belongs in that selection before creating a link.
Note sharing
Send a project brief, a collection of references, or the notes behind a decision. A share link gives recipients a read-only view without inviting them into the workspace.

Share links are live views, so later changes to the included notes appear through the same link. A copied import is a separate snapshot.
Set an optional expiry and revoke a link when it is no longer needed. Anyone holding an active link can read its shared content.
FROM IDEA TO USEFUL CONTEXT
Open the note or collection and confirm what the recipient should be able to read.
Choose the target and an expiry if the handoff has a clear end date.
Keep included notes current and turn off the link when the shared access is no longer needed.

No. Uploaded images and files require access as a signed-in member. A public share link does not grant access to those attachments.
