Shared knowledge base

Make the answer available beyond one conversation.

Write down the explanation once and keep improving it where the team can find it. Workspaces give people and authorized agents a shared collection of notes, with roles and a visible edit history.

01

Keep a useful shape

Organize onboarding, operating guides, and decisions with folders and tags. Use links to connect a short overview to the detailed guide behind it.

02

Choose who can contribute

Owners, editors, and viewers have different workspace capabilities. Agent access can cover selected workspaces and an optional folder limit.

03

Improve knowledge in place

Discuss an unclear passage, review an agent suggestion, and inspect history after a change. Share a read-only collection when someone only needs the published material.

FROM IDEA TO USEFUL CONTEXT

Put it into practice.

  1. Start with recurring questions

Write the explanations teammates repeat most often and give each a clear title.

  2. Connect and invite

Link the notes from a starting page and invite members with the appropriate roles.

  3. Maintain the answers

Use comments and review to surface corrections, then update the source note rather than creating competing copies.

A FEW USEFUL DETAILS

Questions, answered.

Can some members read without editing?

Yes. Workspace viewer access allows reading without the editing permissions available to editors and owners.

Do external readers need workspace membership?

You can create a read-only share link for a selected note, folder, or tag. Anyone holding an active link can read that shared material.

KEEP EXPLORING

Connect the next piece.

A PLACE TO BUILD ON

Give your next thought a home.

Start with a note. Add structure, connect an agent, and keep the useful context together.
