AI agent memory

Let the next agent session start with context.

Keep durable knowledge in notes you can read and edit yourself. Connect supported agents over MCP so they can retrieve project context and, when authorized, leave a useful record for the next session.

01

Share a readable memory

Use the same Markdown notes in the web app and connected clients. Project decisions and session handoffs stay available beyond a single agent conversation.

02

Retrieve the relevant passages

Agents can search notes or request bounded context with source links and versions. They compose their own answer from the retrieved evidence.

03

Control how memory changes

Choose read, propose-only, or direct write access. Daily appends, note history, and reviewed proposals help make an agent’s contribution visible.

FROM IDEA TO USEFUL CONTEXT

Put it into practice.

  1. Write the durable context

Save the project goal, constraints, current decisions, and important references as notes.

  2. Connect and verify

Configure the client, choose access, and test that it can list and read a note you recognize.

  3. Ask for a useful handoff

Request a concise update after meaningful work and review it under the access level you selected.

A FEW USEFUL DETAILS

Questions, answered.

Does connecting make an agent remember everything automatically?

No. The client must call the available tools, and your instructions determine when it reads or writes notes. Verify actual retrieval with a note you recognize.

Can different agent clients use the same notes?

Yes. Supported MCP clients can connect to the same workspace, with access granted separately to each connection or token.

A PLACE TO BUILD ON

Give your next thought a home.

Start with a note. Add structure, connect an agent, and keep the useful context together.
